Some easily seen iconic species include the Kori Bustard, Lappet-faced Vulture, ostrich, Secretary bird, as well as a dizzying host of hornbills, turacos, bee-eaters, mouse-birds, Wood hoopoes, raptors and water birds.
Around Entara’s camps, you can enjoy some privileged views of many of East Africa’s endemic species, such as Fischer’s and Yellow-throated lovebirds, Grey-breasted spurfowl, Usambiro barbet, Ashy starling, Rufous-tailed weaver, Karamoja apalis and many more.
